About 2 years ago, I decided to get back into shape, so I attended a random exercise class at the Milpitas Sports Center. Since it’s a public sports complex, I naively thought- how hard could this be? Little did I know that I was walking into Tatsiana’s class, with every square inch of the room filled with eager students. That one hour of exercise left me sore for 5 straight days! But I knew in that moment, as someone who loves challenges, that I was hooked.
Over the next year, I religiously attended class and even started to participate in Tatsiana’s weekend bootcamps. No two workouts are ever the same, which keeps someone like me (who gets bored easily) consistently engaged and excited. I learned to never underestimate Tatsiana’s small stature- she is incredibly strong mentally and physically, and always leads by example. Her dedication to fitness and in helping people overcome self-doubt are the reasons why she has a loyal group of clients, of which many have become close friends. I never thought I could complete a 14K, much less one with 2000 feet of elevation gain. But Tatsiana believed in me, as she does with all others, because she realizes the potential that we have even when we’re not sure of ourselves. This is why I continue participating in her classes and challenges with our larger fitness family. And it doesn’t hurt that my booty looks better! ;)

Tatsiana has been a consistent fitness presence in my life for over the past 10 years. She helped me start my fitness journey and get into shape, helped train me to get to my goal weight for my wedding, educated me on proper nutrition and form, and trained my husband and I to complete two trail marathons for the first time ever. Tatsiana is a positive source of energy for me, and always encourages me to do more than I ever thought possible.She believes in you, which makes you believe in yourself! I've seen her change so many lives with her kind heart and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients. I can always count on her to give me a thoughtful and impactful workout, and there is a reason why she has had a consistent following for so many years. I feel very thankful to have her as a fitness expert and also as my friend!

Tatsiana has been an instructor, personal trainer, and inspiration to me for over 8 years now. From the very first session I had with her, I was impressed by her holistic approach. She believes in growing the whole person, not just a single specific body part. From giving nutritional advice, to tips on focusing and mindfulness, and developing the muscles, by improving one aspect of your life, you help improve the other aspects.
Over these 8 years, I have accomplished things that I never even dreamed of! At the same time, I witnessed so many others do the same! Everyone is different, and so are their goals. Some people simply want to lose weight and tone up. Others want to recover from an injury, or two. I have seen some of her followers ecstatic after complete a 100 mile running race. I have seen equally big smiles on some of her clients, after they finish their very first 5K ever! She is caring and supportive, regardless of what your goal is!
Tatsiana is a rare individual indeed! She doesn't simply teach, she leads the way! She inspires people through positive, can do and will do attitude! She helps people turn the mountains, into molehills.
When people ask me if I'm a runner, a swimmer, or whatever kind of athlete, I tell them no... I tell them I am happy! I am living my life, accomplishing my goals, and being happy. And Tatsiana has been an instrumental part!

Before I met Tatsiana, I would have never thought that I would be able to run a trail marathon race. Her constant encouragement, motivation and challenge changed my body and my life. I have tried a lot of classes but nothing beats Tatsiana's workouts. She can make a simple workout challenging and you will be dripping with sweat! Let alone feel it the next day!!! Never have I felt so strong and able to see muscle definition. She truly is inspiring and motivates you to reach higher levels that you never knew existed! I am so blessed to have her in my life!

For the past 25 years, I've had many Yoga instructors and I find Tatsiana Lahunovich to be the Best of all. Her instructions are clear, easy to follow, and effective. Movements and poses are rich in variety. From time to time she introduces some new routines to test our willingness to accept challenges.
She is not only an incredible instructor, but also an admirable human being. She is always, always pleasant, kind and caring, and concerned about wellbeing of our own health that extends to the whole Earth. She radiates positive and happy atmosphere wherever she walks. If there were more people like Tatsiana on this planet, dealing with hardships in a trying time such as this Covid-19 pandemic crisis we are experiencing now would be a little easier.
While our gym is locked down, she has been teaching Yoga and other virtual classes via Zoom in the past few months, that has been a tremendous help in keeping our mind and body healthy. She has only started to accept donations this month. Thank you, Tatsiana, we love you!

Before I met Tatsiana, I was really struggling to figure out my own fitness. I would run long distances, but I'd get injured or feel overly tired. I'd try new workouts but nothing stuck. Then I talked to my doctor about it who said I should try working with a personal trainer. Enter Tatsiana!
In the 6 months that I've started working with her, I've done things I NEVER thought I could do. I started trail running every weekend. I ran a full, and then an ultra marathon. I work out consistently, sometimes multiple times a day, and I enjoy every moment of it and never feel overly exhausted. Push-ups don't terrify me anymore! I had also become vegan not long before meeting her, and she helped me navigate getting the nutrition I need. More than being a great fitness trainer, Tatsiana is a fitness guru. She is an incredible athlete, which is inspiring in itself, but above that she is incredibly skilled at understanding where you're at mentally and emotionally with your fitness, and working with you where you're at to guide you where you want to be. She's looking to get you to your goals in a way that's sustainable for you. She knows how to help you gauge your pace on your fitness journey; she'll never push you too far too fast, and she'll help you pull back if you push yourself too hard. To me, this is her secret sauce - slow is smooth and smooth is fast! She always has her clients' best interests at heart, and nobody is more well-versed, skilled, or experienced in the world of fitness. Whatever your fitness and health goals are, if you want a trainer who will help you accomplish them and maintain them, Tatsiana is THE ONE.

Tatsiana has made fitness a great part of my life and I continue to enjoy it everyday. I always look forward to her smile and her workouts no matter what. Whether it is from doing one mile to 100 miles, or lifting 1lb to 100lbs with her workout classes, you can always count on her to keep motivated and accountable. I met Tatsiana in 2018 and since then, I’ve learned so much about my physical and mental strength. Tatsiana has helped change my life drastically. I started simply by attending her Wednesday classes and then as I became stronger, I started to go to go hiking with her. From doing those simple things, not only have I gotten stronger physically and mentally, I have also met some of my closest friends. Tatsiana is my inspiration, she pushes me to do what I thought was impossible, I have now completed two 50 mile marathons, two 32 mile marathons and am currently training for an 100 mile marathon. Working out was a struggle before and now it is my lifestyle.
